Mya Saray, LLC Operates M-F 09:00 am -05:00 PM ET, all orders are processed within that time period in the order that they are received.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following Business Day. Orders placed Friday after 2:00 PM will be processed on our next business Day. Please be advised that we have a three day processing time for all of our orders, and your choice of shipment is final at the time that your order has been processed.
Orders that have different shipping-different billing address will require an adult signature. Orders going to apartment buildings will require an adult signature.
Mya Saray assumes no liability for packages once placed in the possession of your chosen carrier. As per our courtesy, we will do our utmost to help you resolve such matters with your carrier, but we will not be liable for charge-backs on lost merchandise, replacement of loss packages as these claims must be addressed directly to the carrier of your choice. Charge-backs may result in litigation in Virginia, USA.
We ship orders with USPS Monday – Thursday only. Orders placed after Thursday 12:00 PM ET with USPS carrier will ship on the next available shipment date.
Please be advised that Mya Saray is not liable for conformance with the laws of your home forum or any customs fees or import duties that your shipment may incur. Prior to placing your order, we recommend you check your territory’s laws on hookah products and accessories and with your local governmental office about exact duties liability information as this information is not available to us.
Mya Saray can not under any circumstances claim your purchase as a gift. All payment receipts and invoices pertaining to the order will be included in your customs declaration.
Although our shipping rates are approximately 90% accurate, you grant to us the discretion to change your shipping method to a shipping method of the lesser price if your chosen method exceeds the amount automatically generated through our website.
Standard shipping rates and discounts will not apply to International Shipments.
PO BOX Shipments
All PO Box Shipments will be sent with USPS.
The billing address and shipping address must be the same if being shipped to a PO Box.
Once successfully placing an order your order status will remain as “On Hold.” Your order status will change to “Processing” once it has been forwarded to our warehouse for packaging.
Your order status may change from “Processing” to “On hold” for the following reasons:
– Address verification
– Order details verification: Such as size verification, item availability notices
Your order will remain on hold for a maximum of three days, during these days we will reach out via mobile or email. If after 3 days we have no response, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Once an order is successfully submitted, there will be a hold placed on your payment. Payment will not be captured until the order is ready and packaged for shipping.
All orders have a three day processing period. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
For orders placed Friday after 2:00 pm the processing period begins the following Monday.
We ship USPS orders Monday – Thursday only. Orders placed Thursday after 2:00 pm with USPS carrier will be shipped on the following shipment date.
Orders with different billing-different shipping address will require additional verification. Orders requiring additional verification will be put on hold, and three attempts will be made to verify the order details. After three failed attempts the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Our stock is updated on a monthly basis
Item availability changes every day. Although an item might be in stock on our website, there is a possibility we will not have it available.
Order processing time is subject to Item availability. If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be provided with different options that might match your original choice. You will have three days from the day your order was processed to authorize any changes to your order. If after the three processing days we do not get authorization from you, your order will be cancelled.
If your order has multiple items and one item is out of stock- we will ship the available items and refund you the amount of the missing item, unless you contact us to cancel the order in its entirety.
When ordering accessories further details about your original set may be asked.
Our website lists standard sizes for most accessories, once placing an order for accessories you will be asked to provide us images of your Hookah set so we can arrange the correct sizing for you.
Down-Stems are not listed on our website as these have to be sized according to the stem and base it will be used for. Length and width are determined once you provide us with images of your base and Stem.
Valves have three different sizes, although all three sizes are available in the website we might still need to further verify the dimensions of your stem.
When ordering Stems you might be contacted to provide details about your base. Thus so we can provide you with the correct down-stem length
while we take all the steps to make sure you receive the right replacement items for your original Hookah Set, Mya Saray is not liable for the accuracy of your order. It is within your discretion to provide us any details you may feel are necessary to accurately complete your order. If you are unsure about sizes, fitting, or compatibility, please contact us before placing your order.
In the event, you receive items that do not fit your current hookah set and you wish to replace them, return cost will be at your expense.
Your order may be cancelled any time prior to shipping. Once the package has been arranged for shipping and placed with the desired carrier, cancellation will incur a deduction of shipping fees and Package interception Fees. The amount will be deducted from your total amount, and receipts for such transactions will be provided.
Delivery Address change
We are unable to make changes to any shipping addresses once the order has been successfully placed. If you desire or have made any mistakes on the shipping address provided, please contact us as soon as you are made aware of the needed changes to arrange an order cancellation.
If the delivery address must be changed, the order must be replaced.
