MYA Return Policy
All returns must be reported to Mya Saray at email@example.com within three (3) days from the day of delivery. Returns will be accepted ONLY if the merchandise is unused and in their original packaging.
No returns will be accepted by Mya Saray if reported after that three (3) day period once the package has been delivered. Mya Saray is not liable for fees for your return shipment; shipping return will be incurred at your own expense. Refunds for returns will be processed once the package has been received at our facility and inspected by our staff. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all returns.
Damages must be reported to Mya Saray within one (1) day of delivery. The damage must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting images. A customer support rep will be in contact with you shortly after your report has been received. Damages are usually replaced free of charge if the damage occurred during transit. Damages reported after this time period will not be accepted by Mya Saray.
Mya Saray only offers full refunds on orders if cancelled before being shipped. Orders that get cancelled during transit will assess shipping fees before being refunded.
Incorrect or Missing Merchandise:
While our packaging processing goes through multiple layers of verification if you believe you are missing or have received an item you did not order we will proceed to open a claim for you. In the event this is your case please contact us within two (2) days of the alleged delivery or assigned delivery date at email@example.com. Once your claim is both submitted and received a customer service rep will follow up with you. To fully process a claim we may ask for images, and seek the return of the received merchandise before sending you replacements.
Mya Saray is not liable for replacing items damaged in the unboxing process.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liabilities
Mya Saray is liable and offers the above-subjected services only on orders placed through our website www.myahookah.com Orders placed with distributors, local shop, or any other retailers are to be addressed directly to your place of purchase, and they shall be able to assist you based on their terms of service.
Some of our vendors have the right to mix and match our Mya Items, BE SURE AT THE TIME OF ORDERING TO GIVE THEM THE EXACT NAME OF THE MYA PRODUCT AS LISTED IN THE PRODUCT CATALOG. Providing names different than listed on our website or product catalog is a frequent basis of confusion. Prices and Discounts of our vendors are subject to the vendor’s discretion.
Mya Saray will not price match any items listed on any other website. Be careful of any alleged MYA products offered at suspiciously low prices. The MYA brand is one of the world’s most counterfeited brands.
Damages, suspected defects or product concerns must be addressed to the retailer that directly provided the product to you, and the retailer must then refer your concern to us. If your original place of purchase refers you to us, you must have proof of purchase before we are able to assist you. This should include receipts, or any invoice received on your purchase. If you believe that you have purchased a counterfeit MYA product, please contact us directly so that we can fill out an incident report. There may be a reward for alerting us to counterfeits in your area. Rewards may not issue without purchase receipts, although exceptional cases may nonetheless merit a reward.
